Private Event: Yoga is our space to breathe, reset, and reconnect. This year’s theme, “Nourish”, invites Black mothers to center themselves through restorative movement and breathwork.
Sunrise Yoga - All Levels
Start your day with intention, energy, and balance. This Sunrise Flow Yoga is a gentle, all-levels Vinyasa class designed to awaken your body and mind with mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding stretches. This FREE community class offers accessible options for every body.
Bring a mat (I will always bring a few extras), water, and yourself.

Mindfulness Moments
Take a pause and reconnect with Our Movement Yoga™ in partnership with Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Mindfulness Moments is a guided session to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and tune in. Through gentle breathwork (pranayama) and simple mindfulness practices, you'll gain tools to support emotional balance, self-awareness, and inner calm on and off the mat.

(Kids) Yoga in the Park
In partnership with Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, Our Movement Yoga™ invites you to a fun outdoor yoga class designed just for kids! Blending mindful movement, breathwork, and playful exploration, this class helps children build body awareness, balance, and focus. Perfect for ages 8–12; no experience required!

Guided Meditation & Gentle Movement
In partnership with Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, Our Movement Yoga™ invites you to discover inner calm and clarity in this Guided Meditation session paired with gentle movement. Explore a variety of meditation styles - from walking meditations and loving-kindness practices to body scans and visual journeys. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you.

(Adult) Yoga in the Park
Breathe, move, and ground yourself in nature. In partnership with Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, Our Movement Yoga™ invites you to a 60-minute all-levels yoga class that blends mindful movement with the healing energy of the outdoors. Connect with your breath, your body, and the natural beauty around you in this rejuvenating experience for all adults - no experience needed.

Private Event: Seated Together - Movement, Mindfulness & Mobilization
Private Event: Movement, Mindfulness & Mobilization is a grounding, intentional space for Democratic Black women elected officials to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their voice. Through movement and meditation, we will explore how our individual healing practices can ripple into collective political action.

Private Event: Big Feelings, Little Bodies
Private Event. Big Feelings, Little Bodies, a 30-minute yoga class designed for curious and energetic 3-4-year-olds. This playful and engaging session helps young children explore movement, connect with their breath, and express emotions in a supportive environment.

Blossom 🌸 Your Practice this Spring
As the cherry blossoms bloom, let your practice flourish alongside nature this spring! Join us every Friday at 7 am in Lincoln Park throughout the month of April for FREE community yoga classes. This is your chance to connect with your body, mind, and the energy of the season. Don’t miss out on this beautiful opportunity to flow, grow, and be part of something special. Kids' Yoga Day Eve Virtual Celebration
Put on your coziest pajamas, grab a furry friend, and join us for our annual Kids' Yoga Day Eve celebration! It's free, it's virtual, it's interactive, and it will help you and your children get ready to celebrate Kids' Yoga Day! Join Kids' Yoga Day founder Teresa Power via Zoom as she reads the award-winning book, The Night Before Kids' Yoga Day and teaches how to do the poses in the book!
